Central Park Townhomes

Construction starting in Q1 of 2020 and expected completion December 2020. The Central Park Townhomes project is an infill project in the rapidly developing Tampa Heights historic district. Located on the corner of Central Avenue and Park Avenue, the Central Park Townhomes project was created by reconfiguring the two underlying lots with a re-plating density that provided for 3 residential townhomes. Care was taken to orient the townhouses’ front entries to the main thoroughfare, Central Avenue, and driveway oriented from the side street, Park Avenue. Care was taken to design “Craftsman style” dwellings with front and rear porches, fenced rear yards, and detached garages. Each townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and has 1,700 SF heated space with an oversize 2-car garage. Specifically designed with a classical Craftsman roof design, these homes will mimic the 100+ year old homes in the neighborhood’s historic district. Our “Affordable Luxury” standard finishes include granite counters and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and 42 inch upper cabinets with crown molding, energy efficient windows throughout and R30 insulation in ceilings. Hardwood floors are found everywhere downstairs except laundry and bathrooms, which are installed with 18” ceramic tile. Double vanities, oversize shower and two walk-in closets in the master suite provides a value rarely seen. Open floorplans offer maximum flexibility for furniture placement and circulation, while all panel interior doors are enhanced with satin nickel hardware, pre-wiring for ceilings fans, rooms trimmed with Colonial base molding with windows fully cased.
